Who needs this service
Owners who live abroad, groups with several Omani entities, and growing companies whose team is busy running the business. Compliance failures are rarely dramatic; they are missed renewals, out-of-date registers and late filings that suddenly block a visa, a payment or a tender.
What happens if you miss a deadline
- Expired CR or municipality licence: the company can't renew visas, bid for contracts or complete many bank transactions.
- Late tax or VAT filings: penalties and interest from the Oman Tax Authority.
- Expired visas or labour cards: fines for the company and problems for the employee.
- Out-of-date shareholder or manager records: banks and authorities may refuse to deal with unauthorised signatories.
