What we do
We take investors from the first question ("Can I own 100% of a company for this activity?") to a licensed, banked and staffed company, and then keep it compliant. Our services cover:
- Company formation: LLCs, SPCs, branches, representative offices and joint stock companies
- Free zone setup in Sohar, Salalah, Duqm, Al Mazunah and Khazaen

- Visas and residency for owners, employees and families

What we are not
MakeMyCompany is a private consultancy, not a government authority. Approvals for registrations, licences, visas and bank accounts are decided by the relevant authorities and banks. We prepare complete, accurate applications and manage the process; we never promise outcomes that only an authority can grant.

No. We work with foreign investors, Omani and GCC entrepreneurs, and established companies expanding or restructuring in Oman.
